NASD is providing skill job roles as Employable Skill Qualification Training (ESQT) it is objectives for the purpose which is to make youth community completely job-ready skills. Such ESQT courses focus on enhance skills sets of youth, it will be stepping stone for career development and supporting for their sustainable  livelihood.

Skill-based learning is an effective way for youth to acquire knowledge and develop essential skills. It encourages youth to actively engage in learning rather than passively listening or memorizing information. Hands on vocational training with required equipment and tools will enrich the skills of youth too get the employment and involved in the self-employment, It helps to Socio- Economic development of a Nation.

After Secondary and Senior Secondary education, vocational courses are typically more practical and skills-based than academic degrees courses. Vocational Education and Training (VET) is an important element of the nation’s education initiative. Vocational education has to be viewed from different multi-layered practices. In today’s technical, even an engineering graduate is supposed to have some technical skills apart from the degree possessed by him or her to fill the skill gap between academic i.e. in the form of certification etc.
