NASD is providing skill job roles as Employable Skill Qualification Training (ESQT) it is objectives for the purpose which is to make youth community completely job-ready skills. Such ESQT courses focus on enhance skills sets of youth, it will be stepping stone for career development and supporting for their sustainable livelihood.

It encourages youth to actively engage in learning rather than passively listening or memorizing information.
