NASD Candidate Mobilization Associate (CMA):

Candidate Mobilization Support

NASD Candidate Mobilization Associates (CMAs) support NASD and its network of Authorized Training Centers (ATCs) in identifying, mobilizing and counselling eligible candidates for NASD-approved skill development programmes.

CMA may undertake community outreach, awareness programmes, candidate counselling and enrolment facilitation in coordination with the concerned NASD ATC. The objective is to improve access to NASD’s skill-based training programmes and connect eligible youth and learners with appropriate training opportunities. NASD’s programmes are designed around employable skills and practical, job-oriented learning.

Commercial Model

Candidate mobilization is a supportive and optional service facilitated by NASD. Where an ATC chooses to use NASD-facilitated CMA services, the applicable mobilization incentive is borne by the ATC and paid through NASD to the authorized CMA, based on verified candidate mobilization and agreed milestones.

*Applicable terms, eligibility and payment milestones shall be as per the NASD-approved commercial schedule.

CMA Empanelment & Commercials

Entities interested in becoming an NASD Candidate Mobilization Associate (CMA) may apply for empanelment with NASD.

Empanelment Fee: ₹5,000 + applicable GST

Annual Renewal Fee: ₹2,500 + applicable GST

The empanelment fee covers the processing, verification and authorization of the CMA. Renewal is subject to continued compliance with NASD’s candidate mobilization guidelines and satisfactory performance.

In addition to the empanelment fee, a CMA may be eligible for a candidate mobilization incentive for verified candidates successfully mobilized and enrolled through the approved NASD process.

Payments: The applicable mobilization incentive is borne by the concerned ATC and routed through NASD to the CMA, subject to candidate verification and the applicable payment milestones.

Important: CMA empanelment does not authorize the agency to conduct training, assessment or certification. The CMA’s role is limited to candidate mobilization, awareness, counselling and enrolment facilitation.
